Our Oils
Our extra-virgin oils are exclusively made from olives coming from our territory, selected and processed according to the cold press method. The processing in the absence of oxygen guarantees oil with very low acidity.

Classic Oil
Fragrant, balanced, with a scent tending towards herbaceous, with hints of tomato, it is obtained from the autochthonous “Nocellara del Belice” cultivar and characterized by the particular microclimate of the Central Mediterranean.

Organic Oil
The ideal companion as a standalone seasoning for raw and boiled exquisite fish dishes. Very good in dressing salad as well as for “pinzimonio” and on raw vegetables.
B o r g o U l i v i a
Balanced, with a light taste, tending towards herbaceous, with hints of tomato, almond, and artichoke, it is obtained from the autochthonous “Nocellara del Belice” and “Biancolilla” cultivars.
